 Introduction and Acceptance

1.1These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and najib88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the najib88 website located at najib88.net and all associated gaming, betting, and account services.

1.2By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the najib88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Access from prohibited jurisdictions is strictly forbidden.

2.3Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one active najib88 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited. najib88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to recover any bonuses or winnings obtained through such accounts.

2.5Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your najib88 login credentials. You must notify najib88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. najib88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use occurred prior to your notification to us.

 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Funds

3.1All transactions on najib88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). najib88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX, and bank transfer. Available payment methods may change at najib88's discretion with reasonable notice.

3.2Deposits are credited to your najib88 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. najib88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

3.3Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. najib88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.

3.4najib88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. In such cases, najib88 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

3.5Account balances that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee. najib88 will provide reasonable notice before applying such fees.

 Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1All bets and wagers placed on najib88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sporting event, as displayed within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

4.2Once confirmed, bets are final and may not be cancelled or amended by the Member unless najib88 expressly permits this in writing for a specific product or promotion.

4.3najib88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed: (a) after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined; (b) on a market that was opened or priced in error; (c) where the bet was placed in a manner that exploited a manifest pricing error; or (d) where there is evidence of match manipulation or fraud related to the relevant event.

4.4najib88 may impose maximum bet limits, minimum bet limits, and maximum payout limits on any market or game at any time and without prior notice. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface where applicable.

 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1Bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional credits issued by najib88 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply where specific terms are silent.

5.2Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement is stated on each promotion page.

5.3Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. najib88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, where there is evidence that bonuses are being claimed or used in a systematic, commercial, or abusive manner.

5.4najib88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already granted and subject to active rollover.

 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the najib88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of a human user;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any najib88 game or system;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering, or using najib88 to conduct or facilitate any illegal financial transaction;
• Match-fixing, or placing bets on events where you have direct or indirect influence over the outcome;
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies between najib88 and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of third parties, or transferring account balances between members.

 Intellectual Property

7.1All content on the najib88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of najib88 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

7.2You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the najib88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without najib88's prior written consent.

 Limitation of Liability

8.1The najib88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, najib88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2najib88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business, even if najib88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3najib88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that Member in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9.1najib88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Members may, at any time, request the imposition of deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension for a defined period), or permanent self-exclusion from the platform.

9.2Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to najib88 support and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, najib88 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Member from opening a new account. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently.

 Termination

10.1najib88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or violated applicable law.

10.2Upon termination, all pending bets already confirmed and in play will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to najib88 will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

10.3A Member may close their account at any time by contacting najib88 customer support. Account closure does not relieve the Member of any obligations outstanding at the time of closure.

 Governing Law and Disputes

11.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which najib88 is licensed to operate. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

11.2In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the najib88 platform, you agree to first contact najib88 customer support to seek a resolution. najib88 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 working days of receipt.

11.3najib88's decisions regarding disputed bets, account matters, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
